Cons

As with any large company, you can feel like just a number if you do not stand out. Most of work is government funded which controls increases.

Continue to maintain the people relationships; they do this very well.

    Pros

    Starting pay is good, adequate working conditions, good food in the cafeteria, friendly management staff makes for a good entry level job.

    Cons

    Union workers lack motivation to accomplish anything outside of their normal duties. lots of red tape which prevents things from working efficiently.

    Good way to get exposure to many types of equipment and units
    Flexible hours
    Work will be picking up in the near future so good opportunity for overtime
