I have been working at Jaguar Land Rover as a contractor for more than 5 years

    Pros

The people are great, the place of work is alright. The work was interesting for the first 3 to 4 years. A great place for a graduate to start on their career and if your face fits you can move up.

    Cons

The work was interesting for the first 3 to 4 years but has now plunged in to a project management role with almost no contact with the product. You need a face that fits. They do not like to promote controversial employees and would rather have yes men in most situations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at the whole team and just the arse lickers.
