I worked at Jamba Juice (Less than a year)

Pros

-flexible hours -always on your feet, there's always work to be done, keep busy -employee discount

Cons

-LAZY EMPLOYEES The most lazy employees were the shift managers at the store I worked at. They sat around in the back while the team members did all the work. The employees didn't bother to clean up around the store. If we all worked as a team, our store wouldn't have received such horrible reviews. -false advertising Just because there's like 3 servings of fruit in a smoothie doesn't mean it's entirely healthy. The juice contains a bajillion grams of sugar in addition to the ice cream

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Always something to do. Healthy food selection. Free smoothie every day you work. You get to wear a hat.

    Cons

Hours were up and down. Never anything above 25 a week, even for some of the leads.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on keepin' on!

  2. Overall, the expierence has been good, takes about a year to adapt to position.

I have been working at Jamba Juice full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Training is 4 weeks, flexability in scheduling and not micro managed.

    Cons

Once you are in a store, you have to figure a lot out on your own. No recognition programs and too many times you have to come out of your own pocket to do something nice for your team..

    Advice to Management

Recognition programs within stores and get rid of secret menu. The drink names on secret menu are offensive.
