Current Employee – been working at Jamba Juice part-time for more than a year

Pros – good first job learning experiences
register experience
family like work environment
learning teamwork and how to multitask

Cons – didn't get raises
same tasks every day
not good on tips

Advice to Senior Management – work on giving raises better. we work hard and even if it is a ten cent raise it feel good to know you are moving up.
