good for a first job to gain experience

Cons

company is doing really bad right now so they dont give many hours
they would call me in for a 4 hour shift, but then send me home after 1 hour because they didnt have enough hours to go around.
they dont care about your flexibility. they just give u whatever and if u cant make it then thats your problem.

Advice to Senior Management

stop hiring so many people when you dont have enough hours to give
