Jamba Juice – “Good job for students, but not much else.”

Pros

Environment is always upbeat, coworkers/management are all friendly for the most part. Good place to work if your a college student looking to earn some side money.

Cons

Pay is unsatisfactory. During the spring/summer, what they pay you is definitely not worth the amount of work you'll have to do. They don't really reward you for working hard and being loyal (i.e. don't expect a nice raise), and there were some new employees given a higher starting salary than some of us who have been working there for more than a year, which was kind of ridiculous.

Advice to Senior Management

Offer raises to loyal employees, and maybe pay more for team members during the warm seasons (spring/summer).
