Jamba Juice – “Frustrating job”
Pros
Usually easy to get time off
Fun people - customers are nice when they expect that you are nice
Flexibility with shifts
Cons
Hard to communicate with management
Ideas hardly listened too
Little room for advancement with franchise
No benefits with franchise
We were a corporate store, turned franchise, and everything went downhill from there...
