I worked at Jamba Juice part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It's a very upbeat atmosphere, you basically have to be in a good mood. It's great being around fruit and getting to know some of the regular customers. You can structure your work very well around your class schedule.

    Cons

The pay is extremely low and depending on your location you work will be intense. Expect a serious workout on promotion days.
Oftentimes it seems like the wrong people get promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Huge communication problem. District managers and store managers are often not on the same page.
Also, keep an eye on store managers hiring their friends. It is often a bad idea and results in toxic store morale.
