Pros

very few pros, one free smoothie a day, if you can call that a pro, somewhat cheery co-workers sometimes depending on the day.

Cons

terrible management, no chance of moving, terrible benefits and just a bad overall experience, this coming from a very optimistic person

Advice to Senior Management

move up fairly, dont ignore your employees needs, and pick much better management, have better communication with everyone on staff
