Pros

free product, for sure. friendly atmosphere... customers are usually in and out so little interaction and little problems. reasonable hours.

Cons

it sucks when some stupid kid tells you the smoothie is made wrong when it clearly wasn't... constant dishes... constant cleanup and restocking... hard floors and on your feet all day

Advice to Senior Management

take care of your employees more with positive feedback and more frequent raises... provide oppertunities for growth... and stop hiring 16 year olds who only want summer jobs!
