Pros

Company car, cell phone, I pad.

Cons

Regional sales managers get all the best leads from telememarketing, while the AE's get the scraps. Operations should not get paid a 30% commission on everything they sell while AE's have to hit a minimum to get any commissions paid.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your pay plans and you won't have the unbelievable turnover you have.

    Pros

    None to speak of. Saw numerous Account Executives fired. Saw at least 4 Regional Director hired and fired during my time there.

    Cons

    Not loyal to employees (heard a Regional Director say this). No training or opportunities for advancement.

    Jani King sells you a pretty picture and tell you how they are there every step of the way for you. The honest truth is that they don't care about you the franchise owner. They are just in it to make their money. They sell you a contract and a few months later or even a year later after the contract is paid they go behind your back to the client and they convince the client to get another Jani King cleaner and resell the contract to that new cleaner. Their field managers are incompetent. Most of them know nothing about cleaning. There is a system of lies going around. One tells you one thing and another tells you something else. They seem to always make mistakes that benefit them. In most my monthly reports there is always something wrong. Money is always owed to me or too much taken out and it is always a "mistake". Best advise...... DO NOT purchase a Jani King franchise!!!!! Start business on your own!!! There are companies that help you get contracts. Do your research!!!!
