Pros

the salary is good, and work is tough, yet very challenging. the company is expanding globally, so able to work in many fields

Cons

the health issues of tobacco is becoming a big problem thoughout the world, so the sales of tobacco in the future is a bit doubtful

    Interesting and engaging work; with breaks every few weeks-- hours where no new projects are coming in.

    Cons

    Pay is not competitive with other businesses in the same industry. Hours are 3 shifts, including graveyard shift; and schedule changes every week.
