I worked at Jarden

Pros

Great opportunity to work with established, well known brands, and also on innovative up and coming products. The people are smart and accessible. Good opportunities provided for professional development and training / education

Cons

The environment can some times be too detail oriented, focusing too much on small parts rather than the big picture. Deadlines can be intense. The company operates in a very competitive space

    I worked at Jarden

    Pros

Very good working environment. Colleagues are very nice. When work over there, not only learn things, also learn how to be a nice man.

    Cons

Too many people, and not all people in their right positions. Kind of waist human resources. There are also too many management level people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hearing more information from workers, how to save meterial resources, save cost. Do not hire unnecessary people. Give more reward to long-term workers.
