Plenty of opportunity to work extra hours

ConsWorking with fresh foods leads to extensive scrap/waste
Have to clean up after diners (but what do you expect?)

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the expansion process. Great to see Jason's Deli in new locales like Illinois.

    Worse job I've had, had to move on

    I worked at Jason's Deli full-time for more than a year


    Pros: High standards in terms of food quality. Fresh produce, other… Cons: Low pay, no recognition, jaded staff. We had four managers quit in an eight month period. The staff moral was so low… Advice to Senior Management: Up the pay. Minimum wage for the work I did is insulting. Hire better managers, not just guys who come in having no clue what's… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
