I worked at Jebsen & Jessen

    Pros

-you can a lot of autonomy if you are the department head

    Cons

    - Senior managers can wield power like dictators
    - The company does not feel much obligation to develop employees. If you do get sent for training, training bond for taking courses more than a thousand dollars. And you can't say no to courses you are told to attend

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Until the management has the courage to remove the rot at the senior management level, the organisation will not move out of the stone age management style
