Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center

Pros – They are normally staffed better than most places I have worked.

Cons – They are taking away overtime and trying to hire more people to keep from paying overtime. I don't think they will be able to hire enough and get them trained adequately to keep the schedules covered which will cause the nurses to have to work short.

Advice to Senior Management – Most of the management have never worked anywhere else. They need to go to other Medical Centers and get some education on how the rest of the world runs units and communicates with staff.
