Pros

Great co-workers, coffee & donuts provided

Cons

Mgmt over promises money to be made, Sales people avg 30K /year. Lots of hours and work. Your paycheck depends on your sales manager's treatment of your deals

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend some money on office supplies for sales people, change pay plan so that its fair to sales rep. Don't force sales reps to repeat your lies.

    Pros

    Opportunity to make money, Other sales people are great. You get paid on both front and back end profit.

    Cons

    Pay scale changes with each department. Most managers take the salespeople are junk mentality. Upper management is stuck up and lets you know you are a lower class person than them. Your are told that sales people are making 6 figures when most are making around 35k. Only managers favorites get a demo and only in certain departments. No reason on why certain people get a Demo

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop flooding the floor and actually spend time to maximize the potential of your salespeople.
