Poor development

Analyst (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsLots of deal flow
Lots of pitching
Long hours
Good place to start if this is your best choice. Top of the middle market

ConsPoor development - mid tier is very weak, you either come in knowing all the finance / accounting or you're out of luck. Can be annoying working for seniors with unreasonable demands who have no idea how to do what they're asking you to do.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
