Former Employee – worked at Jenny Craig full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Enjoy working with customers and seeing their lives transformed. Can be rewarding to help customers lose the weight and become healthier and happier individuals. If you like helping other this can be for you.
Cons – Stressful in having to meet monthly quotas. Company does not show employee appreciation. There was no work/life balance. Had to work long hours and 7 days a week due to high turnover. Pay is low for Sales Representatives. Poor Communication from Home Office in CA. The left didn't seem to know what the right hand was doing. This created customer and employee issues.
Advice to Senior Management – Home Office and Divisional Managers - take the time to show care and concern for your overworked employees. Poor communication from Home Office to the field.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
