I worked at Jenny Craig full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

If you work hard the paycheques are great.

Cons

Getting time off is like pulling teeth, company does not care about employees, movement upwards within the company is difficult after a certain point, the position is incredibly high stress expect to work way more than the 38.5 hours a week you're told you'll be working. Everything is scripted. Management has no idea what they are doing. High staff turnover.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to keep staff around who are good at their job, treat them with more respect and don't burn them out in the first 3 years.

    Pros

    You spend your time helping others reach their goals...it's extremely rewarding.

    Cons

    It's commission based. Sometimes the paychecks are nice and other times there not. After working for the company for 6yrs almost, I've learned to save in the good times to prepare for the bad.it helps.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Perhaps think of paying everyone one rate... $11-$12 per hour. People will know what they make and can live accordingly. Much less turnover, less money paid to train.

    heavy workload, hours, company will not terminate poor employees due to liability
