Pros

REALLY educating and motivating people to achieve and to maintain their weight loss goals

Cons

Where do I begin? 1. In order to make money, consultants must keep clients on Jenny food. That's how we're paid. As soon as a client achieves their goal and can maintain, the consultant's pay is affected. 2. Earnings vary based on holidays, gas prices, weather and more. 3. Base is ~$7+/hr. Difficult to get excited about 4. Workload is unrealistic

Advice to Management

Speak to field employees before the next big promotion or marketing initiative. They KNOW what clients want, need and loathe

    Pros

The only pros were the people that I trained with. They ended up becoming great friends.

    Cons

Poor training. Inadequate tools to perform our jobs (i.e. computer programs continually crashing, PHONES NOT WORKING, yet still expected to meet goals) unrealistic performance goals, and lack of support from managers made for a miserable work experience.

    Advice to Management

Hire better IT people, set realistic performance goals, and respond when consultants need help, don't act indifferent or bothered!
