Pros

Extremely friendly environment. Very laid back as well. Upper management easy to spot and come in contact with.

Cons

Pay. IT department needs better management. Marketing department also needs better management to fix problems with strategies and people responsible for those strategies that has not worked.

Advice to Management

Increase pay for employees. Improve medical benefits offered by the company.

    Pros

    You really DO change people's lives. Helping people help themselves.

    Cons

    COMMISSION BASED PAY. No financial recognition. They give "move points" which mean nothing. It is not "all about helping the client" it's about "selling and upgrading the client". The commission based pay brings out the worst in coworkers. Company gives in to brown-nosers and kiss a**es. You have to be really fake a lot of the time. Since the economy is so bad right now, 8 out of 10 sales people in our market are making less than $10 per hour!

    Advice to Management

    PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! GET RID OF THE COMMISSION STRUCTURE.

    Trying to help clients succeed

    Cons

    There is no work life balance. You are paid for 40 hours but encouraged to work double. The salary is horrendous. They expect you to do the job of a 6 figure salary but are making the salary of a secretary. Everything you do is always wrong. You can never catch a break. When you finally hit deposit, you havent enough actives. When you hit enough actives, you are not year over year. When you hit year over year you are not out there doing enough local marketing. You can never win. Your job is always indirectly threatened. Staff hours get reduced if you have not made your numbers. Staff get upset and look to resign because they are unable to work with the pressures of uncertainty. When staff take time off for a sick day or holiday, the CD has to stay and fill in to make up those hours so that there are enough bodies to cover the hours needed to hit those targets. Upper management are bullies always looking to everything you are doing wrong. The truth is that every CD and JCC are all secretly looking for other jobs. They stay to get paid but are all seeking other opportunities of employments. Staff love the idea of a weightless company but quickly become disillusioned when they realize that it has nothing to do with changing lives. It is all about money. We all understand that this is a business and it needs to make money, but duping clientele, screwing over staff and bashing their self esteem seems comparable to an abusive marriage. I cannot wait to leave the company...DO NOT APPLY! It is a farce. Just read all of the reviews worldwide. They are all the same!!! They say that you need to treat it as your own business, yet they offer no support and no incentive for you to do so.

    Advice to Management

    All of your CS's smile to your face but plot behind your back. I have NEVER met a happy JC employee in all of my 6 years with the company!!! You are going to lose! There will always be other jobs for your unhappy staff, but Im not so sure how hireable you will be when they close your doors and you are out there looking yourselves.
