    Pros

    Good pay and benefits
    Decent facility

    Cons

Too many management levels leads to confusion and various priorities
    Leaders are not held accountable

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut some management or align the management to have a set of priorities.
Define clear and specific expectations for what success looks. It needs to be more than under budget, and on time.
Determine the priorities, and not have several #1's.
Let the doers do their work ~ upper management should get out of the way and let the people do the work they know how to do.
    Bring back educational benefits.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
