    Pros

    Good benefits, some flexibility with schedules and working remotely.

    Cons

    The good ole boys network of top heavy senior management needs to be shaken up. The politics of this company will keep it from moving forward. The the lack of ability to follow their own policies is downright wrong. (I am stating this mildly)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Wake up. Stop protecting your own job and try to do something good for the company.

    I worked at Jeppesen Sanderson full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    The company has an extensive, interesting aviation history. Owned by Boeing so that has pros and cons. The bigger company has a lot of resources, but also a lot of processes.

    Cons

    Sometimes management is reluctant to change and adopt new ideas. I was unsure if there really is a digital strategy, as Jepp has been paper-based since the beginning.

    Give people a little more freedom from red tape and see what they are capable of
