Pros – The people / Seeing customers’ creative ideas come to life
Cons – Overall lack of the following:
Communication between all of Jet’s facilities, and within buildings
Drive, positive reinforcement, and motivation to go above and beyond your job description
Skill sets amongst many employees
New employee, developmental and continual training and documentation.
Overall professional structure
Accountability
Overall respect between some departments
Interest from management to know what their employees actually do
Technology investments
Advice to Senior Management – Many employees have worked years of miracles with their blood, sweat, and tears, and carry that great knowledge that make what seem like impossible projects happen and get out the door. Show more respect and investment to ALL employees, not just machines.
