JetBlue Pilot in Orlando, FL:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Jetblue has some problems with middle management but they are being addressed. Over all it is a very good place to work

Cons

Middle Management is terrible but that problem is being addressed

Advice to Senior Management

You have a year to fix some problems.
