I worked at JetBlue full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The company has strong values and tries to uphold them. The benefits are good and the pay is pretty decent especially when a degree is not required.

Cons

It can be a stressful job as you are dealing with the public. Management most of the time will back the customer even when they shouldn't. It can be tough to move up. It seems it's more about who you know instead of what you know.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate the talent that you already have on board. Stop looking outside and focus on the great employees you already have. Groom the employees that have potential.

    New office but no leadership to guide you to be successful. you will be setup for failure!

    Cons

    Company values not being followed by leaderships specially in IT!

    I have been working at JetBlue full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The hire people who really care about customer service. They gave 8 free buddy passes each year and you can travel stand-by whenever the flight is open.

    Cons

    After I was hired, then I found out my hours were to start at 4:30am even though they promised that my hours would be within the hours of Boston public transportation.
