ConsIt is not what you know, but who you know what gets you places in this company. The more you stab the better you position yourself in this company.

Advice to Senior ManagementGo back to your roots. No one says this is the last airline you will work for anymore in orientation for a reason. Such a successful start up concept flushed down the drain. Open your eyes and look at the Speak Up surveys from the people who dare writing them. No more humanity brought back to the airline. Look at your values, mission and vision statement and revamp it all.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
