Potentially good place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsFlight benefits, ability to move up or around the company, some of the senior employees still give you that 'family' feel.

ConsIncompetent leadership, can't figure out how some people are promoted other than the good ol' boys routine - promoting your buddies basically. Some of the decision key people make are confusing.

Advice to Senior ManagementWeed out the bad apples and make it a great place to work. Maybe the middle management should be shaken up a bit. Try to improve morale also within some departments. Its a cancer.

IT in jetBlue has become a department with no advancement and very low morale. No opportunity, poor leadership.

Pros: It used to be a much better place to work. The coworkers and other… Cons: Travel benefits are decent, tough to travel with your family. Health benefits could be better, but aren't bad (I've had worse). IT Leadership has managed to drive… Advice to Senior Management: Leadership outside of IT should take a look and see what's obvious to everyone within IT before everyone with talent and good ideas leaves.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
