Ok, immediate Team members and managers are very talented individuals. IT Directors and EVP-level poor fit for JetBlue

Pros- Very talented individuals in IT to work with.
- Good Benefits
- Good work culture

Cons- IT Directors have no focus
- Many poor decisions made by IT Directors
- Forced sense of appreciation

Advice to Senior ManagementIT EVPs should stop treating IT crewmembers as expendable and replaceable by lower skilled workers and should promote within.

    Pros: Flight benefits, ability to move up or around the company,… Cons: Incompetent leadership, can't figure out how some people are promoted other than the good ol' boys… Advice to Senior Management: Weed out the bad apples and make it a great place to work. Maybe the middle management… More

    Pros: great benefits and culture. smaller stations have a nice family feel. the job itself is not difficult. good… Cons: sometimes system ops makes terrible decisions regarding delays/cxl's. sometimes the easiest and most obvious answer… Advice to Senior Management: keep doing what you are doing.
