-There's a lot of support for individual projects from other employees

Cons – I didn't have the best experience because my supervisor was, in my opinion, too inexperienced to be in charge of supervising new employees.

Advice to Senior Management – I think that they are doing a great job managing the organization, but that they should pay more attention to internal issues.
