“It was fun but couldn't pay my bills”
Former Employee – worked at Jimmy John's full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Food, co workers, location, customers were fun to talk to
Cons – Ridiculous hours and low pay, at the end of the day everybody works for money not just to be at a store for 70 hours and have no life
Advice to Senior Management – Pay increase to match hours
