Pros

Friendly environment that allows you to be fashionable, while you help others find clothes that are tailored fit and stylish.

Cons

The amount of pay received to the amount of work actually done is unequal and should have a higher base pay.

    Pros

none really that I can think of

    Cons

no money, no set schedule (on call), schedules change all the time so you have no social life, early morning hours for specials sales and absolutely no customers, tux rentals take a long time and other customers are not being waited on...the list could go on forever...extremely high turnover of people always short staff and training new hires and then they quit...customers laugh about all the sales ..

    Pros

Joking around with employees about the way we were treated by the company and some of the customers was the only thing enjoyable about working here.

    Cons

Almost no commissions received because they are very difficult to attain except during the holiday season. You have to sell a lot of merchandise before you get any commission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your employees and give them 3% commission on sales. Employees have plenty of work to do for their $8-$9 an hour. Where is the incentive to sell when you make no commission at all more than half the time?
