Pros

Jos A Bank is paying entirely for me to have an MBA. They are paying all tuition, books, and fees. This is totaling over $12,000 per year to get a Master's Degree.

Cons

The normal world of retail.

Advice to Management

Involve front line employees in decisions. A large volume of information is available with long term employees. They should be part of the solution

    great idea - cut the tailors hours so that we can get even more customer complaints. way to go.

    only work 40 hours a week.

    commision is difficult to make unless it is the fourth quarter

    if you want to retain good employees, you need to change your compenstion. change your marketing. change your inventory.
