Your company is only as good as the people you employ. Customer service is one of the most important things in this company right under making sales, if your employees are treated poorly and are disgruntled your customer service will suffer.

I have been working at JoS. A. Bank

    Pros

Fellow associates, my store manager, and long term customers

    Cons

Store hours, low commision rates, ignorance of company management as to any personal life associates have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hours are not always practical, especially on Sundays. Example: Labor Day store open until 9PM, it's not necessary.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at JoS. A. Bank

    Pros

Easy Work in a store. Selling merchandise that people come in to buy. You work on commission, so you are rewarded for your skills.

    Cons

Lots of organizing work must be completed such as ties and color coordinating. Doing alterations does take some skill and a bit of practice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The manager I had was amazing. The OCD type make the store shine. Having people who genuinely care about the employees and store while telling the customers the honest truth is a plus
