Upper management has an open door policy,

The working environment is amongst 16-24 year strudents. Some of the students come from very dysfunctional households, jail, abusive relations.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should be informed ot students who has mental disorders and violent tendacies. Students can plot against any staff member.

    Veyr high turnover rate, very unprofessional, lack of resources, no support from upper management

    Learn how to accept constructive criticism, stop blaming lower level employees for works issues they cannot control such as a lack of resources to complete the work, provide support

    Pros

    Interesting clients, several holidays, 9-5 job mostly, rare for nurses.

    Cons

    Low salary, not based on cost of living in Hawaii. Administration needs to listen to others within specialties. Poor communication among staff, each department has their cliques. IQ of staff poor.
