Job corps is a fun place to work at. Managers are very easy going and the work load is not hard at all.

Cons

Place in company is primarily based on longevity. In order to get a respectable position you need to work your way up

    Upper management has an open door policy,

    Cons

    The working environment is amongst 16-24 year strudents. Some of the students come from very dysfunctional households, jail, abusive relations.

    Advice to Management

    Employees should be informed ot students who has mental disorders and violent tendacies. Students can plot against any staff member.

    good benefits, helping disadvantaged students pursue their career goals

    Cons

    Veyr high turnover rate, very unprofessional, lack of resources, no support from upper management

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to accept constructive criticism, stop blaming lower level employees for works issues they cannot control such as a lack of resources to complete the work, provide support
