I worked at Job Corps full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Diverse staff and students to work with for those working in mental health.

    Cons

Government funded, limited funds allow for no raises EVER.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More consistency in enforcing the policies and rules. Inconsistent rules and policies, change to meet DOL's mandated numbers & goals. This consistently causes discord amongst students and staff.
