I worked at Job Corps

Pros

Interaction with students who want to succeed. Good co workers

Cons

Stressful work environment
Work schedule did not allow for much of a personal life

Advice to Management

Don't expect employees to manage a building full of students on their own, no 12 hour shifts on Saturday's.
