Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't expect employees to manage a building full of students on their own, no 12 hour shifts on Saturday's.

    Pros

You felt like you were doing something really valuable and helping youth rise above their situation by assisting them with entry into a program that allowed completion of education.

    Cons

For the most part, youth coming out of this program are not much better off then when going in. The cost to the government is substantial. Placement in positions after the program could consist of a job but more than likely it would be an unpaid internship or placement in a private college.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
