    Fun place if you like sports & outdoors
    Not a stressful job
    Most of your coworkers are young and fun to be around

    Cons

    The management does care about the associates or seem that intelligent
    Hours and pay are based on tenure and not performance
    No training before going on floor

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train associates before they go on the floor. You are just flung out there on the very first day of work. Give new associates a little training first. Especially in regards to the technical aspects of the job.
