    Pros

Very family oriented. Flexible working environment with understanding managers as long as you meet deadlines and execute projects on schedule. Made great friends here and was in direct communication with my department manager and director quite often. Opportunity for training and career development here.

    Cons

Was expected to work upwards of 70 hour work week or do whatever it took to get my job done. The position was slightly mis-represented. The work load grew on a local level as well as on a nationwide level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust your employees to evaluate and prioritize their own projects. Stop micro managing. Executives - step out of your offices every once in a while to take a look at manufacturing employees moral (not good).

    Pros

    Holidays, vacation time, 401K match,

    Cons

Every time we get new management they fire all the executives and staff and hire in new people(friends) who know nothing about the daily grind needed to keep the company running. It seems that if you have the spare time to socialize with the incoming Mgt then your on the A team. They should realize that the people who spend their days walking the hallways and shaking hands are not working. We have some excellent executives and managers who have learned the business by working it. They keep firing them and everyone is in fear of speaking up or losing their job. So much backstabbing by everyone including the new Directors/VPs and execs to move ahead. What was once a friendly place to work is now a miserable place to come just to pay your bills. It's a real shame as there used to be so much teamwork, now it is just a blame game.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Way too many executives and way to few workers. They need to come out of mahogany row and get to know the people that are out there keeping the company running every day. Listen to the workers not the people climbing over each other to make a name for themselves. The old management knew your names and your jobs. It's a shame that working there no longer has any joy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
