Great Place

They also treat their employees like gold, and their intern program is great.

ConsLocations aren't that great if you like the city. However, if you're from an Ag background or don't care for huge cities this company is perfect.

Advice to Senior ManagementI truly have no complaints when it comes down to management. There are some politics, but nothing major that would/should alter your decision.
