Pros

Benefits and pay is good . The people who work at Deere are pretty nice as well, but there are those who have been there for a very long time that do not accept new people very well at all. John deere is also a very secure company that I do not ahve to worry about losing my job.

Cons

Politics. There is too many politics in the company to get anything accomplished. The union will be the downfall of this company. You can also plan to work at least 55 hours per week, but you will be paid very well.

Advice to Senior Management

Get rid of the union. Recognize our efforts and give us the opportunity to succeed.
