I have been working at John Deere as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Culture here is great. Everyone here is friendly. When you walk in the hallways everyone either smiles or says hi to you even if you don't know them. People are always willing to help. You work with flexible hours as long as you get your work done. Deere treats their employees exceptionally. I wouldn't work anywhere else

    Cons

Almost everyone who works at Deere is married or settled down. Hard to find young people.
