I have been working at John Deere as a contractor for more than a year

Pros

Great visibility to the company. Awesome people to work with and the experience that you can get from working here is phenominal.

Cons

As a contract worker it feels like you are looked down upon. No measurements or acheivements are noted and a raise is out of the question.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not treat contract employees as expendable.
