    John Deere Employment Review

I have been working at John Deere

    Pros

John Deere offers very lucrative packages to their employees and offers a friendly and professional environment where you are encouraged to grow.

    Cons

Deere prefers to hire contract workers for the majority of their staff. Be prepared to spend a number of years working for under your current value in order to get hired on. The best way into the company is as a marketing rep as you are guaranteed a contract after one year. Contingency typically lasts 2-3 years.
