Pros

-They try to make the experience a little less heavy for the employees with different programs (events, activities, courses, etc.) -You get to learn a lot about the companies processes -They care a lot about being constantly improving and they do listen to what employees say, even if it takes a while -Nice working place, nice and cheap cafeteria.

Cons

-Takes a lot of time there to get a promotion or at least be a 'real' emplooyee (most of them enter as 'temporary' employees) -Not a lot of chances to grow being in the tech area, unless you are sent to the Software Development department (which has been centralized in the US) -Only 30 mins for lunch; no chance to eat outside. You have to bring your lunch or eat what's in the cafeteria. Plus, makes the experience a little heavier the fact of not having the oportunity to leave the facilities to take some fresh air. -Working hours are a little too much; 10 daily hours (plus the time it takes to get there) + 4 to 6 hours every few saturdays
