Site management was innovative by creating relaxed working environment. management was quick to recognize employee contributions and they rewarded good deeds accordingly.

Cons

Low-ball hiring salary was not conducive to substantial salary increases. Upon being acquired, new management reversed direction of outsourcing back to overseas and toward the use of consulting firms.
