    Cons

Junior students with no experience might get little or no actuarial work...

I have been working at John Hancock full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Fast paced environment, use latest technologies, opportunities to increase experience.

    Cons

Company no longer values loyalty, hard work. They only value cutting expenses and increasing the bottom line, even when its making money hand over fist.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to appreciating employees like you did 20 years ago. Stop outsourcing American jobs or you'll loose American customers. TO the Canadian head office, start treating American workers the same as you do Canadian workers!
