    Pros

Great Benefits, Strong Brand, able to move between divisions, work from home opportunities

    Cons

Due to a massive restructuring, opportunities to grow are just non-existent, poor salaries (really poor), wrong people managing areas, an inability to deal with poor performers at the management level, one-size-fits-all type management in terms of IT needs (system access and security based on the thought that everyone handles client data when a huge number of employees do not and have different IT needs), staffing (not allowing people to manage small teams even when it makes sense),

    Advice to Management

Staff your areas appropriately! Get rid of poor performers and make people accountable.

    Pros

good culture of training and development
extensive suite of products to offer prospective clients

    Cons

home office programs somewhat disjointed, slow to trickle down to every office
no marketing support for new hires, tough to get established enough o survive the first 12-18 months.

    Advice to Management

support new hires through first 12 months with direct marketing campaigns.
